Clients reviews about Origin Tours and Travels

Alhamdulillah. I want to do my first Umrah and 19th Jan was my birthday. Just I want spend that day in Makkah or Medina. All the other travel offices give me 19th Jan either at Makkah or Medina. I never told about my plans to origin and they gave me a iterenary and shocked to see that on 19th Jan Fajr in Makkah and Magrib in Medina. Tears rolled.down my eyes as I wished for any one holy city on 19th Jan but Allah gave me both holy cities of the world on that day. Iam very thankful for Allah for making this happen through Origin travels. This incident shows that you take one step toward Allah he will come two steps towards you. I Thank Origin travels for everything. Origin travels people are very transparent and honest. May God give them more strength to do their duty as like now. ~ unique h

I had a great experience booking my custom Umrah package with Origin Tours and travels. From the beginning, he was very helpful in understanding our requirements and arranging everything according to our preferences. What really stood out was his support throughout the entire trip. He was always available whenever we needed help, even beyond his working hours. In fact, I had an issue around 2 AM during the trip, and he still answered my call. That level of commitment and support is something I truly appreciate. It made our Umrah journey much more comfortable and stress free knowing that we had someone we could reach out to whenever needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and supportive travel agent for Umrah. Thank you for all your help and support throughout our journey! ~ Muzzammil A

Excellent experience with the 9-day Umrah package. Despite the short notice, the visa and flight tickets were arranged within just 1–2 days, with everything handled efficiently by Mr. Waheed. The hotel accommodation was excellent and conveniently located near Al-Haramayn, The transportation was also comfortable, punctual, and well managed, with a GMC Yukon XL(2026) provided throughout the journey. Whenever we needed to make changes to our itinerary during the trip, the team was always ready to assist and suggest suitable options to help minimize any additional expenses. Special thanks to Mr. Waheed and Mr. Jameel for their excellent coordination, cooperation, and support throughout the journey. Strongly recommended! ~ Mohammed

We recently had a wonderful trip to Kerala covering Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey and Kovalam, and honestly, the whole experience was amazing. Everything was planned very smoothly, from the hotels and transportation to sightseeing and the overall itinerary. We didn’t have to worry about anything and could simply enjoy our holiday. Munnar was beautiful with its lush green tea plantations, Thekkady was peaceful and full of natural beauty, Alleppey’s backwaters were a completely different experience, and Kovalam was the perfect place to relax by the beach. 🌿🏞️🚤🌊 We are really happy with the way our Kerala tour package was arranged and would definitely recommend Origin Tours & Travels to anyone planning a trip to Kerala. Thank you for making our Kerala holiday so memorable. ❤️ Highly recommended! ~ Mohd O

We had opted for a customized Umrah package (for Makkah and Madinah) in the month of January 2020. Alhamdulillah, the entire trip, right from booking the hotels, flight reservations and hotel stay were smooth and comfortable. Hotels close to both mosques were our priority. Mr. Shakeel Sahab had ensured that we got the closest and best hotels, despite the busy season (Makkah Royal clock tower by Fairmont and Dallah taibah in Madinah). The visa and ticketing service was smooth and as per our choice of itinerary. The pickup and drop to and from the airports and ziyarat of important places in both cities was prompt and on-time. Overall, I would highly recommend availing their services for Umrah. ~ Sameena K

Origin tours and travels organized our private family trip for Umrah. Alhamdulilla it was an awesome and hassle free experience. The hotels we got were close by Haram. The price were less than what we got on other websites. The transportation that was organized was excellent. Visiting historical places (Ziyarat) was included in the package. The transportation was proactively coordinated well before time and made sure we reached hotels/airport on time. Abdul Baseer Bhai and team did a great job and I would strongly recommend Origin tours and travels. At least for our family Origin tours and travels will always be preferred for all our future travels. ~ aqeeluddin m

Alhamdulillah! The services provided by Origin Travels were truly satisfactory, right from our departure at Hyderabad airport to our final send-off at Madinah airport. The guided Umrahs led by Hafiz Sb were very well-organized. (Note for future pilgrims: two guided Umrahs are provided under his leadership, and any additional Umrahs can easily be performed on your own.) A special thanks and heartfelt dua to Sohel bhai, Khalid bhai (for the wonderful food!), Jameel bhai, and Wahed bhai for their amazing support throughout the trip. May Allah (SWT) accept our Umrah and bless the entire team for their efforts. Ameen! 🤲 ~ Irfan P

I recently had the privilege of performing Umrah through Origin Travels. My 8-day journey was seamlessly organized, allowing me to focus on my spiritual experience. In Mecca, I stayed at Anjum Hotel, which offered breakfast and an ideal location near the Haram. This enabled me to perform all prayers with congregation (Jamat). Origin Travels also arranged visits to significant sites, making the ziyarat experience truly memorable. The travel arrangement from Mecca to Madina was smooth and stress-free, arriving in Maghreb. In Madina, I stayed at Mia's Al Madhina, conveniently located near Gate 318. This allowed me to pray all five daily prayers at Masjid Nabwi. Origin Travels' attention to detail impressed me, from hotel bookings to travel arrangements. Their organized ziyarat excursions in both cities visited iconic sites. I highly recommend Origin Travels for their exceptional service and seamless execution. ~ Ahsan A
